Kyrenia (Girne) is one of the most beautiful and sought-after towns in North Cyprus, set at the foot of the mountains and just a short ride from the Mediterranean Sea. Right here, in the quiet, low-rise, gated Coliseum Court complex of only 40 apartments, a lovely family 2+1 apartment of 71 m² is for sale. There are no studios in the complex at all: forty apartments built for families living here year-round, not for short lets to students. A calm street, privacy, its own small landscaped garden (visible in the photos), a large shared pool on site and underground parking for every apartment.
The apartment is fully move-in ready: VAT and the transformer fee are paid, water and electricity meters are connected, air conditioners are installed, Wi-Fi is set up, and the windows have mosquito nets. Just move in and live — nothing left to finish.
Price: £127,000.

Location
Kyrenia (Girne) is a harbour town and a true pearl of the Mediterranean. Its harbour, first laid out by the Phoenicians, was expanded and fortified over the centuries by Byzantines, Venetians and Ottomans; the castle that overlooks it carries Roman, Byzantine, Lusignan and Venetian architecture: the layered legacy of the many cultures that passed through. Today Kyrenia is also one of North Cyprus's main education hubs, home to several universities and international schools, and Girne American University (GAU) alone enrols around 18,000 students from more than 130 countries. The old harbour's restaurants, bars and nightlife are close by, and just a short drive away are the famous St. Hilarion Castle and Bellapais Abbey. Yet the apartment itself sits on a quiet street inside a low-rise gated complex. The noise stays outside, while everything worth doing is a short trip away.
